About the role
The Product Manager will be responsible for defining, prioritizing, and managing the data products backlog to ensure alignment with Lifeblood's strategic goals.
This role involves collaborating with the business and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality data products on time and within budget.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) and a proven track record of successfully managing products in an Agile environment.
This role will manage the deliverables for the "Data Teams" in the ICT ART comprising of three Agile Release Train teams – Business Intelligence, Data Engineering and Enterprise Integration.

Here's what we're looking for:  Experience in product management, particularly an Agile environment.Strong understanding of SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) and Agile methodologies.Proven ability to manage complex product development cycles and cross-functional teams.Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Experience with data teams and data product delivery.Experience with product management tools such as Azure DevOps.Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.Experience in a highly regulated environment such as healthcare.Bachelor's degree in Business or Computer Science, or a related field; MBA or equivalent experience is highly regarded. 
This is a 12-month full-time, fixed-term position reporting to the Chief Data Officer.
