Temporary, full-time opportunity up until May 2025 (with possible extension) - 35 hours per weekLocation Parramatta CBD with access to hybrid work arrangementsSalary Clerk Grade 9/10 ($120,859 to $133,183 pa. + super and annual leave loading)Diverse and inclusive organisation with generous leave entitlements including flex leave and access to Fitness PassportYour role As the Senior Product Lead, you will guide the business and vendors in the creation of large-scale or complex applications that drive business outcomes through efficient processes and the use of technology.
What you'll do Identify technical and functional requirements for Workforce Management (WFM) rostering process for achieving Corrective Services NSW (CSNSW) shiftwork operational requirements.Assume technical responsibility for delivering the project activities to ensure compliance with application development standards and achievement of documented requirements.Apply your technical expertise in the requirements analysis phase to ensure the solution is both fit for purpose and fit for use.Design and execute acceptance testing to improve the quality and reduce operational risk of the developed application.Deliver project outcomes and drive business process changes.Provide on-going 3rd level support of developed applications to reduce the impact of application defects and related incidents.What we're looking for Tertiary qualifications in a related discipline and/or equivalent knowledge, skills and experience with a demonstrated commitment to ongoing professional development.Strong experience with managing a Workforce Management or similar shiftwork or payroll related system as a system administrator for a large operational workforce.Knowledge of the CSNSW business environment and operational shiftwork processes.Demonstrable experience in project implementation for integrated systems with a solid understanding of software development best practices, standards and testing methodologies.Significant experience with managing vendors on highly-complex customisation requirements.Experience with interpreting pay and award entitlements for configuring business systems.Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate succinctly and effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.We focus on hiring people who share our commitment and goals of inclusion, collaboration, adaptability, courage and integrity.
