Senior Product/ Experience Designer

Australian household name requires a Senior Product/Experience Designer to work on one of their highest visibility B2B portfolios on a contract basis.
About the Role: In this pivotal position, your core focus will include: Research and concept testing to inform the FY26 roadmap.
Experimentation and AB testing.
UX/UI work to drive user-centric solutions.
Key Responsibilities: Conduct and facilitate research (quantitative/qualitative), concept testing, and usability testing.
Work independently, owning projects from start to finish.
Collaborate effectively with cross-functional product teams, including designers, business analysts, developers, and testers.
Utilize Figma for prototyping and take projects through to high-fidelity, build-ready stages.
Use and contribute to design systems with a systems thinking approach.
Ensure designs meet accessibility standards.
Manage stakeholders and communicate effectively to align on project goals and updates.
About you: Strong experience in enterprise environments Ideally solid B2B experience  Ability to work independently and lead projects end-to-end.
Experience working within cross-functional product teams.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Proficiency in Figma and prototyping.
Hands-on experience with design systems and building accessibility-compliant designs.
