Role Overview As our Senior Product Consultant, Merchant Products (13 month fixed term contract opportunity), you will:
Be part of a high-performance team actively contributing to shaping our vision for the Card Not Present product portfolio. Support the roadmap of business outcomes, be a key SME in the Card Not Present product team, and support Product Managers with growth and efficiency opportunities. Represent the voice of the customer to support and deliver on the vision and roadmap for the products and services of the Merchant Products Sub Domain. Understand process flow and hold compliance accountability, including customer-facing and internal processes, and supporting technology. Ensure products meet Card Scheme and regulatory requirements. Monitor, escalate and support remediation for product-related issues.
Oversee and track the accuracy of product variations and risk reviews to ensure product compliance. What You Will Bring Demonstrated experience working in a similar Product Management role within Payments & Acquiring in the Financial Services and/or FinTech sector. Knowledge and understanding of Acquiring Payments products. Ability to develop productive relationships with product managers, risk, product support, operations, and delivery colleagues. Proven change experience in delivering change, especially change involving digital and technology. Demonstrated experience in managing the product life-cycle, developing concepts, translating to technical build, and implementing change initiatives. Analytical and problem-solving skills – the ability to collect, synthesize and analyze complex data and situations to identify insights and opportunities. Strategic thinking and concept development with the ability to think laterally and develop commercial business cases and delivery initiatives. Experience and knowledge of Agile delivery methodologies. Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage with our key partners and stakeholders.
