This role requires strong leadership skills and excellent stakeholder engagement.Key accountabilities:Administration of the procurement process including scope preparation, selection of tenderers, tender negotiations, issuing of subcontracts and other agreements, claims/variations processing, contract completion and closeout including deeds of settlement and retention releases.Review of legitimacy of claims for delays, acceleration, and extension of time in accordance with the contractPrepare, obtain approval, and transmit Payment Schedules that comply with Security of Payments Act requirements, with approvals obtained via prior to issuing.Administration of contracts ensuring Alliance and participant targets are carried out in accordance with the PAA Required Skills and Competencies Tertiary qualification in Commerce, Finance, Engineering, Legal or similar (highly desirable but not essential)At least 5 years relevant work experience demonstrating a strong understanding of contracts and procurement with at least 2 in a senior role Experience in Rail/Civil Infrastructure highly desirable but not essential ACCIONA has been given the Top Employer 2022, 2023 & 2024 certification in Australia, which certifies the company's commitment to excellence in human resources management and those who focus on putting their people first through their exceptional HR policies.
