Senior Process Engineer

ROLE OVERVIEW We are currently looking for a Senior Process Engineer to join a National Engineering Consultancy for a 12+ Month Contract.
This role will see you specifically involved in process design, feasibility studies, and detailed engineering for a minerals processing plant.
You will attend the site as required and either work from the Brisbane corporate office or from home when not on site.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Conduct feasibility studies and develop detailed designs for a process plant.Provide process design requirements to designers and prepare equipment data sheets.Participate in HAZOPS and contribute to the development and design of flowsheets.Collaborate with project teams, ensuring adherence to project scope and compliance with industry standards.Prepare and review PFDs and P&IDs, carry out process design calculations, and develop technical specifications.Ensure compliance with company frameworks, engineering standards, and quality assurance.Liaise effectively with clients and stakeholders.SKILLS, QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE To excel in this role, you must meet the following criteria:
5+ years experience in mining and minerals processing.Bachelor of Chemical Engineering.Proficiency in processing plants, crushing, screening, and milling.Strong attention to detail, communication, and problem-solving skills.Senior engineers with RPEQ will be highly regarded. #J-18808-Ljbffr
