It starts here. With Bendigo Bank… and you. About the opportunity This role sits within our Technology and Transformation division, which is charged with the transformation of our business and the running of our technology systems.
Reporting to the Senior Manager, Enterprise Portfolio Management you will play a critical role to support workforce management, supply and demand across the Enterprise Delivery team.
In this role, you will be responsible for three core areas:
Resource Supply vs Demand Management.Resource and Vendor Support.As a Senior Workforce Management Analyst you will get to: Provide support relating to staff (including consultants and contractors) movements into and out of the team by assisting with the administrative on-boarding and off-boarding tasks for the team e.g approvals, setting up of interviews, purchase order creation, hardware, log ins, day 1 support, building access, locker allocation etc.Liaise with the Procurement, PAC and recruitment team to follow up onboarding and engagement of contractors for the team.Maintain and update a consolidated register of all resources supply and demand (permanent staff, contractors, consultants) for Enterprise Delivery.Collaborate with PMO managers monthly to ensure the register is accurate and up to date with supply and demand information.Identify opportunities to improve resource management, onboarding, induction and tracking processes.Suggest and implement best practices to make resource management more efficient and scalable.What you'll bring to the role You will have a proven track record of working as part of an Enterprise PMO (or similar function), Workforce or Resource Management for a complex strategic portfolio of transformational change. Experience in Banking and Financial Services or Technology Industries would be highly desirable.

Strong administrative skills with previous experience in a similar role.Exposure to project management and methodologies.Influencing skills, with a demonstrated ability to elicit cooperation from a wide variety of stakeholders.Passion for continuous improvement, ability to work to tight deadlines and manage competing demands.Strong verbal and written communication skills.A self-starter who can work autonomously and take initiative.Advanced Microsoft Office skills including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint and advanced skills in using delivery management and collaboration tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Mural.We offer flexible work options that put our people first, and a hybrid model of a minimum of two days in a local Head Office per week.
