The Policy Integration unit delivers strategic transport policy solutions to benefit the Queensland community and provide advice on transport system priorities, policy andchallenges related to the shaping of a sustainable and efficient transport system and emerging transport policy issues.

Some of your responsibilities will include:
Provide advice on transport system priorities, policy and challenges related to reducing transport emissions.Undertake research and analysis on the risks and challenges confronting the transport system, including those associated with climate change and other emerging transport policy issues.Develop effective relationships with stakeholders across the department, government, industry and community in relation to strategic transport system priorities.Prepare or contribute to timely and well researched cabinet submissions, briefs and/or policy documents.Represent the department as required in relation to organisational and local, state and national transport issues and policies, particularly those associated with reducing emissions in the transport sector.We recognise and celebrate that everyone is unique and seek the applicant best suited to the role.
