The APS 6 Policy Officer works with a broad degree of self-direction. They oversee and guide the day-to-day activities of a team to deliver high quality services, policy development and implementation. The EL1 Senior Policy Officer works with a considerable degree of independence, under broad direction from the Director. They are responsible for planning and delivering the work program, reporting on progress against performance and quality indicators. They are responsible for ensuring that performance measures are delivered.
