Senior PMO Reporting Analyst
Location – Parramatta with access to hybrid work arrangements Ongoing Full time Clerk Grade 9/10 Salary – $120,859 - $133,183 pa, plus employer's contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading Diverse and inclusive organisation with generous leave entitlements including flex leave and access to Fitness Passport The Department of Communities and Justice (DCJ) is the lead agency in the Communities and Justice Portfolio.

What you'll do
As part of the Major Program Delivery within Infrastructure and Assets division, you will manage the reporting and assurance function of the PMO Major Program Delivery Group and will identify, analyse, and facilitate improvements to reporting systems, processes and workflows aligned with the overall business and strategic requirements.

Coordinate and plan reporting enhancements of existing reports as well as develop new reports as required by the business Assist and provide assurance of data integrity in Smartsheet to ensure consistency and accuracy across our portfolios of work Manage and coordinate the collection of all aspects of project reporting, including budget, timelines, progress, project variations, assurance activities, and benefits identified, across Major Program Delivery Providing analytics and insights based on reports, identifying trends, inconsistencies, and highlighting areas of concerns or issues You'll work as part of a team of professionals that manage the Program Delivery for Infrastructure and Assets division.
You'll have the opportunity to combine working from home and work in a modern office environment, as well as undertaking site visits on a regular basis.

What we're looking for
Experience in strategic and innovative project management and an excellent understanding of project methodologies, processes, tools and procedures.
Knowledge of project management tools (for example, Smartsheet).
Knowledge and experience of developing Dashboards Build a supportive and co-operative team environment Initiate, prioritise, consult on and develop team/unit goals, strategies and plans Demonstrate a sound understanding of technology relevant to the work unit Perform basic research and analysis which others will use to inform project directions Experience and clear understanding of project methodologies, processes and procedures What We Offer
