Key Responsibilities Lead and mentor a team of planners, fostering innovation in maintenance planning while ensuring close collaboration with execution teams.
Drive compliance with standards and statutory obligations, integrating them seamlessly into SAP.
Implement and monitor key work management KPIs for the execution teams, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
Collaborate with engineering teams and supervision to develop and enhance maintenance strategies within SAP.
Ensure timely delivery of all inputs from upstream and external suppliers to meet operational requirements.
Provide valuable input into maintenance budgeting requirements.
Qualifications and Experience Prior experience in a maintenance leadership role, with demonstrated ability to lead and inspire teams.
Proficiency in SAP, master data creation and change functions, Excel and MS project.
Strong knowledge of Mine Safety & Inspection regulations, and a commitment to safety in all aspects of planning.
Excellent organisational, communication, and presentation skills.
Previous leadership experience is essential.
