About the role..

An exciting opportunity awaits a dedicated Senior Physiotherapist (Level 1-2) to join our team in Dubbo. Work with a dynamic and diverse caseload, including acute musculoskeletal injuries, orthopaedic rehabilitation, and sports injuries. Key responsibilities include:

Collaborate with a supportive team including Physiotherapists, Exercise Physiologists, Exercise Scientists, Allied Health Assistants, and friendly support staff. Varied caseload including acute Musculoskeletal, Orthopaedic, and Sports injuries, post-operative Orthopaedic rehabilitation, hand therapy, work injuries, NDIS, and Pilates. Participate in regular in-services and mentoring sessions with senior Physiotherapists, with opportunities for in-house and external Pilates training. Access knowledge and expertise from visiting Specialist Orthopaedic surgeons, including the possibility of observing surgeries as part of professional development. Enjoy top-tier facilities, including an on-site commercial-level gym, fully equipped Pilates studio, rehab gym areas, and private consult rooms. Opportunities to learn hand therapy, floor, and studio Pilates Highly valued and supported in our practice through regular in-services, mentoring sessions with senior Physios, and opportunities for in-house & external Pilates training.

About you..

Essential Criteria:

Registered Physiotherapist with AHPRA. Tertiary level qualifications in Physiotherapy Experience working with people with a disability who may have a range of complex and challenging support needs Demonstrated knowledge and experiences in the development and implementation of Physiotherapy assessment and intervention strategies in a disability context. Demonstrated ability to develop plans, practices, and procedures. Ability to work both independently and in a multi-disciplinary team environment Demonstrated leadership experience to provide support and supervision to other staff. Strong written and verbal communication skills including problem solving and negotiation skills. Criminal record check (essential or willing to obtain) Working with children's check (essential or willing to obtain) NDIS Workers screening clearance (essential or willing to obtain)
