The Role: Kempe Engineering is currently searching for a dynamic HR Coordinator to join our friendly and fast-growing team based in Geelong at Kempe Engineering Head Office.
Duties & Responsibilities Human Resources: Prepare and issue employment contracts as directed by corporate in line with necessary approval processes Onboarding of new employees Maintain a register of EA agreements and current pay rates for branch operations Coordinate long term Workcover employees with insurer and return to work Assist with international visa sponsorship nominations (400, 482, 494) Generate HR reports for corporate managers as required Assist with HR issues and general administration duties Payroll: Process part of Group's weekly and fortnightly payroll Payroll leave coverage – process full Group's payroll Travel: Coordination of all domestic and international travel in line with company travel policies including booking air tickets, hire cars & accommodation Reconciliation of travel expenses Desired Experience & Qualification Certificate 4 in Business administration or equivalent Experience of working in an administrative support role Data processing experience Package & Remuneration Salary package will be between AUD $80k to AUD $100k
