Responsibilities: Making phone calls for our customers handling inbound calls and solving inquiries in relation to Hujiao services Translating emails from Chinese to English for our customers Experience and Skills A very professional manner and a demonstrated commitment to providing excellent customer service Minimum 12 months experience working within the customer service space, preferably within a call center Background in internation trading, finance, psychology or IT is most preferable. Speaking English as a native language or a major working language Strong written and verbal communication skills are mandatory Work type: Full time / Part time / Casual.
