Western Health is seeking an experienced Grade 3 Senior Pharmacist Team Lead to oversee the delivery of Women's and Children's pharmacy services. This is a fixed-term, full-time (80 hours per fortnight) position for 12 months, available now.
You will lead a dedicated team to deliver Best Care for women, children, and neonatal patients. This is a diverse role which includes service development, staff training and development, coordination of quality improvement and research projects, and delivery of clinical pharmacy services.
The successful applicant will lead a comprehensive clinical pharmacy service and will contribute to decisions that shape our growing health service.
To be successful in this role, you: Have skills and experience in team leadership and development.Have experience working as a clinical pharmacist in the women's, children's and/or neonatal settings and an ability to keep abreast of current practices.Have excellent written and verbal communication skills and a demonstrated ability to engage with key stakeholders.Will optimise patient outcomes by identifying and addressing risks and by seeking opportunities for service improvement and development.Have experience in undertaking quality improvement activities and/or research projects.Title: Deputy Director of Pharmacy - Clinical
