Latrobe Regional Health (LRH) is currently looking for a dedicated Senior Pharmacist (General Medicine) to join our growing Pharmacy team on an ongoing, full-time basis.
We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Pharmacist with experience in Clinical Pharmacy to lead the development and management of Pharmacy services to LRH's General Medicine services. As the Senior Pharmacist for General Medicine, you will have the unique opportunity to design and implement dynamic and innovative Clinical Pharmacist roles, including extended scope of practice activities. The post holder would be expected to contribute to educational and research activities of the Pharmacy Departments and General Medicine team.
LRH's Pharmacy Department is offering a leading-edge and synergistic education partnership with the Alfred Health Pharmacy Department, a team with a national reputation for originality and excellence. This unique opportunity blends aspects of clinical experience across both Health Services, a major tertiary and a major regional hospital. The long-term education partnership will deliver education programs including foundation residency and advanced training residencies in specialty areas, such as Emergency Medicine and many others to come at LRH.
About You Ideal candidates for this role will have:
Registered Pharmacist with AHPRA, without restrictions.Relevant postgraduate qualification in Clinical Pharmacy is desirable.Recognition as an ANZCAP Registrar or Consultant, or equivalent, in the specialty of General Medicine or a related area is desirable.Latrobe Regional Health Offers a Range Of Benefits Including Salary of $125K to $145K pa.Monthly ADO.Salary packaging up to $9,000 per annum.Meals/Entertainment benefit up to $2,650 per annum.Multidisciplinary teamwork across the hospital.Encouragement for professional development and ongoing education.A range of social club activities, discounts and diverse workplace activities.Free access to our Staff Wellbeing Centre offering health education and wellbeing services.Interested about this exciting opportunity, but want more information?
