YOUR NEW ROLE In this KEY role, being the right hand to an outstanding SPECIAL COUNSEL (with over 20+ years' experience), you will enjoy the challenge and satisfaction of assisting in achieving justice for plaintiff clients, focusing mainly on CTP/motor vehicle accidents (approx 60%) plus some public liability and TPD (approx 40%).
You will be actively involved in case management of legal cases from start to finish.

are a 'career' legal assistant/paralegal or currently a law student not due to get admitted for 2+ years;have minimum 4 years+ (more senior paralegals with 20+ years welcome) plaintiff personal injury law experience including minimum 3 years in NSW CTP (essential) and preferably (not essential) in public liability and/or TPD;have a solid understanding of practice/procedures involved in a NSW CTP claim from start to finish;have experience actively case managing NSW CTP cases (under solicitor supervision) including liaising with clients, doctors, defendant lawyers, and preparing various legal documents/forms;are proactive and have a 'can-do' attitude;are hungry to further advance your career long-term with a fast-growing national plaintiff firm that invests in their staff long-term.Your application will include the following questions:
