About the Role This is a Fixed Term Position until June 2025 The Senior People Platforms Change Lead is responsible for working with internal stakeholders, external vendors and the Whole of Victoria Government team to understand updates to HR platforms or processes including the HCM platform VicGov People, identifying how these changes impact the DTP instance and effectively managing change requirements.
The Senior People Platforms Change Lead will develop and implement effective change strategies and plans to drive the successful adoption of HR system and process updates and enhancements.
Work with internal stakeholders to develop effective communication materials to support change strategies including the maintenance of WalkMe and intranet content across the DTP portfolio.
Develop clear and concise training materials in order to deliver targeted training programs to stakeholders across the DTP portfolio.
Build and maintain strong effective partnerships with internal and external stakeholders.
Deliver innovative and best practice change processes and initiatives to influence and improve the adoption of HR systems and processes.
Contribute to enhancing capability and support others in knowledge development.
Key Selection Criteria We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior People Platforms Change Lead to drive transformational change and deliver impactful projects within the Department of Transport and Planning.
