The Senior P&P Business Partner will support Leaders to develop plans to manage complex ER matters, Change Management, Employee Engagement, Talent and Performance Management and other People & Culture activities.
Develop relationships with Executive and Senior Leadership Teams to provide advice on all People related matters and assist with achieving business goals through effective people management strategy.Coach and support stakeholders to build sustainable high-performing teams through talent management and development initiatives, with a focus on the engagement and retention.Lead change management activities to ensure fair and effective outcomes for change, including consultation of change and impact assessments.Analyse trends and metrics in partnership with the Employee Services team to develop solutions, programs and policies for improvement.Work with the OD Team to deliver programs of work related to the Engagement and Enablement Survey and other culture initiatives.Draft reports, papers and briefing notes to present to ELT to support P&P Programs of work.Support development of strategy to improve people performance, including absenteeism management, workforce arrangements and other projects and initiatives as required.Coach, mentor and manage work allocation with the People & Performance Advisor and Officer to ensure effective delivery of support across all areas of the employee life cycle across the portfolio.To Apply If you think you have the right skills and experience for this position, please click 'Apply Now.'
