Human Resources Project Officer

```html5:2 roster Minimum 6 Week Duration $53.04 Per HourAbout the Role:WorkPac is currently in search of a Human Resources Project Officer to join our esteemed client's team based in Port Headland.
This position is Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week for a minimum of 6 weeks.Duties and Responsibilities:Provide operational support to the HR business partnering team.Undertake HR-related duties including recruitment, payroll, employee inductions, staff training.Prepare HR documents and reports as required.Assist in project work related to HR initiatives.Play a vital role in recruitment activities.Ensure seamless onboarding experiences for new employees.Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.Skills and Experience:Advanced computer literacy.Hold Tertiary Qualifications in HR, Business admin, or a related field.Previous experience in a similar HR role.Must have a valid National Police clearance.A valid Driver's License is required.About WorkPac:WorkPac is Australia's largest privately owned workforce services business with over 1.3 million registered candidates.
