About the role:As a Senior People Partner at Tyro, you will play a critical role in aligning HR strategies with business goals, driving employee engagement, and fostering a high-performance culture.
As a key partner to our Chief Growth Officer, Chief Risk Officer, and Chief Financial Officer, and their senior leadership teams, you will provide proactive and strategic advice to deliver high performance outcomes with a focus on cyclical people practices and change.
What you'll do:Lead delivery of cyclical people practices (Performance, Talent, Succession, Rem & Reward, Engagement).Employee Relations (including formal performance management).Coaching Executive and Senior Leaders.Facilitation (Senior Leader training, team effectiveness, 360 feedback, Mindshare updates, etc.).Workforce Management (drive people reporting and insights).Lead and drive strategic projects as required.What you'll bring:Demonstrated impact as a HR / People Partner in:
Accelerating the business: generating data and insights, influencing and building capability in senior stakeholders, strategic thinking and leading change management.Delivery of people strategy: developing and delivering people plans, cyclical people practices, leading the resolution of employment relations cases, facilitation and leading strategic projects.Fostering collaboration: leading a small team, collaborating across teams to design and deliver, growth mindset.Simplify complexity: connecting Tyro strategy to people strategies, integrating people partner focus and capacity into the broader P&C roadmap, presenting complex concepts simply, critical thinking.Previous experience supporting Growth, FCA & Risk portfolios is preferred.
