You will be the first point of contact for all Human Resources queries including workplace conduct and performance management, and execution of HR strategies and initiatives and overseeing the People Partners.This role also partners with business leaders to identify workforce trends and make recommendations that improve performance, retention, and the employee experience. This role will work closely with People Operations and Employee Relations to drive key initiatives and projects in business areas.This role is being offered as a Level 8 or 9 depending on the skills and experience of the suitable candidate.
