Workforce Coordinator - Alice Springs

About The Role Due to an internal promotion, an exciting new opportunity has come available to join ARRCS as our Workforce Coordinator , supporting our three Alice Springs facilities .
This busy and rewarding role will see you primarily preparing, updating, and amending facilities clinical and operational rosters. Rosters are on a fortnightly basis and across Alice Springs operations supports over 150 employees. In addition, you will provide administrative support for the coordination of staff training including clinical requirements and orientations. This role will also see you support in the lodgment and questions around timesheets and general payroll queries.
To be successful in this role, you will ideally come from a rostering or scheduling background. You will be able to multi-task and be a process-driven employee. You will have strong IT skills, specifically in the areas of Microsoft Office Suite.
