This role will predominantly partner with line managers to provide guidance and support on all aspects of the HR function and act as the 2iC to the Manager.Who are we looking for?Our ideal candidate will have a high level of analytical and problem-solving skills, specifically in human resource management. They will have excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence and negotiate effective outcomes and the ability to interpret and apply HR and other relevant legislation. You will have the responsibility to assist with onboarding, performance management, grievances, and conflict management.
