Senior People & Culture Business Partner This is an exciting role that will be driving initiatives across the Australian business from the parent company. Reporting into the HR Director in Canada, you will play a key role in designing the employee experience for the Australian business and shape the people strategy. Description Leadership: Offer thought leadership regarding organisational and people-related strategy and execution. Educate, coach, and partner with leaders on performance management and employee development goals. Provide people expertise in the areas of feedback, employee relations, development and coaching, compensation, organisational development, onboarding + orientation. Build and maintain relationships between the various stakeholders and the people department to create awareness and understanding of the corporate culture and people strategies. People Programs: Partner with the Director of People & Culture to develop and implement effective people programs, practices, and policies that will support the strategic growth of the business. Facilitate learning and development programs for employees of various levels as required to achieve continuous improvement objectives. Partner with the Talent Acquisition (TA) team and perform full-cycle recruiting within your region. As the Senior People & Culture Business Partner, you will work closely with the Global People & Culture team on all people programs across the company including performance management, employee engagement, compensation, onboarding & offboarding, learning and development and recruitment. You are hands on the lead for localising policies for the AU region, and the main point of contact for all people and culture related matters. This role will directly report to the Director of People & Culture.
