Senior People and Workplace Relations Consultant (2 positions) Who are we looking for? We are seeking a Senior People and Workplace Relations Consultant (2 positions) to join Human Resources, Administrative Division.
As a Senior People and Workplace Relations Consultant, you'll provide specialised advice on complex employee relations cases. You'll carefully guide employees through the interpretation of policies and provide meaningful guidance on industrial relations matters. You'll feel empowered in this role to represent the University in highly complex matters and show proactive leadership on workplace relations strategies and union relations across the University. If you have proven experience (including in private practice in Employment Law) we're especially interested in hearing from you. We're offering this role as a hybrid position as part of QUT's commitment to embracing the opportunities created by a more virtual and connected world.
