The Department of Energy, Environment and Climate Action (DEECA) is on the hunt for a skilled People and Culture Business Partner to support a range of critical business projects and programs over the next 12 months.
This part-time role (approx.
3 days per week) is ideal for someone looking to make a meaningful contribution while maintaining work-life balance.

Specialist/Technical Expertise/Qualifications * Sound understanding of relevant VPS HR legislation, policy frameworks and workplace agreements * Experience in case managing a range of human resource issues, with extensive knowledge of employee relations management and of contemporary developments in human resource management including the successful delivery of outcomes in complex and/or changing business environments * Experience as a trusted advisor and demonstrated ability to build credible relationships that influences change and enhance manager capability in HR and people management.
* Adept at managing competing priorities and demands of a diverse range of stakeholders, grasping complex business issues and using sound judgement in recommending effective approaches.
This is a fixed term position available for a period of 12 months.
The work location for this position is flexible within Victoria with hybrid work arrangements available.
