As a result, a new opportunity has arisen for a People and Culture Business Partner.
This is an autonomous role reporting to the Managing Director and will be responsible for growing and enhancing the People and Culture function.
Partnering with key stakeholders your key responsibilities will include:
Support key stakeholders on all HR related matters across the employee lifecycleProvide direction and advice on performance management issues and coach stakeholders on employee issuesProvide robust and practical HR advice across all areas of the business and to key stakeholder groups including employee and industrial relationsReview and update current policy and procedures to ensure best practice and compliance with legislationEstablishing an EVP and developing a culture planTalent development and workforce planningContinuing to develop and enhance the People and Culture functionThis role will be a strategic and operational function and be well suited to an experienced People Partner who is pragmatic, committed to active involvement and has a can-do attitude.
You will ideally have experience in the industrial or manufacturing sector.
Success in this role will come through your strong focus on internal relationships and as someone who genuinely cares about people.
You will enjoy connecting and collaborating with the team on the shop floor through to the Board and being seen as an approachable counsel.
This role will require you to work across both sites on a daily basis.
