Consulting & Generalist HR (Human Resources & Recruitment) Based in the Fremantle Head Office, you will be working with an iconic WA business with locations across multiple states and overseas. Each location is a bit like an island, but with really great bridges connecting them so you won't be involved in the day-to-day happenings of each location (don't worry, we are much better at recruiting than we are at making up analogies). After working with exceptional external HR consultants, our client now requires someone in-house to oversee HR operations. This is a generalist role but there is a focus on strategy, coaching and mentoring.
This is a part-time position working 30 hours a week. You can make this up either across Monday to Thursday or school hours Monday to Friday.

HR operations management Strategy and compliance Employee lifecycle management Stakeholder engagement and leadership support HR reporting Process improvement So, what are we looking for? Tertiary qualification in Human Resources or a related discipline. Experience in a HR generalist role (ideally at least five years). Strong emotional intelligence, with the ability to balance the needs of employees and employers. Someone with the ability to work autonomously and be comfortable in being the most knowledgeable person in HR in a business.
