Gold Fields has an opportunity for a Senior People Advisor to join our Organizational Design and Performance team to support a large group of Global Functional Leaders based in Perth.
Reporting to the Manager People Australia, you will be responsible for providing functional Human Resources (People) support and assist in maintaining a motivated workforce that is committed to the success and values of Gold Fields in Australia.

This role is offered on a Monday – Friday or 9-day fortnight roster at our Perth corporate office on a permanent basis.
Benefits include: Quarterly Bonus SchemeSalary Sacrifice optionsIncreased leave entitlements for Annual Leave, paid Primary and Secondary Parental LeaveAbility to access Long Service Leave (pro rata) after 5 years continuous serviceContinual training and the ability to expand your careerAbout the role: Implement key HR projects and strategies, ensuring clear communication and support is provided.Contribute to design and implementation of employee engagement activities including but not limited to onboarding, development planning, diversity & inclusion, and wellness programmes.Provide advice, support and coaching to leaders in the areas of employee relations, policies, procedures, and performance management, ensuring tools and resources provided are consistently applied.Complete and maintain integrity and accuracy of all reports and financial data for the People department and effectively communicate, analyse, and interpret information gathered.Assist in the development, review, implementation, and monitoring of all Human Resources (People) procedures and systems to create consistency within the People function and monitor adherence and compliance to legislation.Foster a positive climate for an engaged, diverse, and inclusive workforce to drive a performance-based culture.Facilitate the development and implementation of diversity and retention strategies.Consistently demonstrate and reflect behaviours, actions, and attitudes in line with Gold Field's Vision, Values and Code of Ethics.About you: Tertiary degree qualification in Human Resources or related disciplineExtensive proven Human Resources experience, with Senior Advisor level experience preferably supporting corporate or functional teams.Exposure to employment legislation, investigations, and performance case managementAbility to work autonomously while building collaborative relationships and utilising influencing skills.Create and collaborate effective and respectful working relationships with leaders and employees at all levels of the business.Advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications and prior experience with Success Factors and SAP is preferable.Gold Fields is committed to achieving an inclusive workforce.
