You will ensure timely completion of timesheets, correct EBA information is inputted, and deliver quality administrative support for payroll processing.The ProjectThe Alkimos SeaWater Alliance project will deliver WA's next major water source - a new seawater desalination plant at Alkimos. At completion of stage 1, the plant will supply up to 50 billion litres of clean, safe drinking water to millions of Western Australians each year. The project includes the design, construction, operation, and maintenance of the plant with first production in 2028. Works include marine works and tunnels, seawater intake system, a seawater reverse osmosis desalination plant, groundwater system, drinking water storage and pump system, supported by civil, electrical, and bulk earthworks.ResponsibilitiesEnsure all wage timesheets are completed accurately in the system before payroll processing.Review timesheets for absence and leave entries, making necessary corrections as needed in required systems.Collaborate with system subject matter experts (Workday, payroll system, etc.) to ensure enterprise agreement configurations are correct.Undertake and assist with tasks within the payroll area and other HR administration functions, supporting the preparation of reports, records, forms, and files.Provide sound advice, with assistance and approval from relevant sources to the business and stakeholders regarding the Fair Work Act, common law/individual contracts, internal policies, and other industrial matters.Provide guidance to all site administrators, ensuring timesheets are administered correctly.Maintain effective communication with project personnel and parent companies as required.Required SkillsExperience in administering and interpreting Enterprise Bargaining Agreements in the construction sector.Proficient in payroll processes and systems.Strong skills in Excel.Experience supporting and guiding employees, as well as collaborating with senior stakeholders.What We OfferAt ACCIONA, we offer a dynamic and challenging work environment where our employees can grow and develop their careers.
