Are you an experienced Payroll Specialist with expertise in ADP GlobalView? We are looking for someone to lead payroll operations, ensure compliance with Australian legislation, and drive system improvements. In this senior role, you'll manage complex payroll processes, collaborate with key stakeholders, and work closely with vendors to implement enhancements. This is an opportunity to deliver high-quality payroll services while optimising workflows and reporting functions.
Key Responsibilities:
End-to-End Payroll Processing : Handle payroll for multiple entities, ensuring accuracy and compliance with statutory requirements (e.g., PAYG, Payroll Tax, Workers' Compensation).
ADP GlobalView Expertise : Customise payroll settings, solve technical malfunctions, and handle interface syncs between HRIS systems.
Collaboration with Vendors : Work closely with outsourced payroll vendors to update schemas, calculation rules, and adapt features to business needs.
Audits and Reporting : Conduct regular payroll audits, manage third-party payments, and support internal and external audit requests.
System Enhancements : Lead payroll process automation, system upgrades, UAT testing, and data migrations to streamline payroll operations.
Legislative Compliance : Ensure ongoing compliance with Australian payroll legislation, including superannuation, tax, parental leave, and long service leave.
Key Requirements:
Minimum 5+ years of experience in SAP with a proven track record of end-to-end payroll management or senior specialist responsibility.
Experience with Workday, Microsoft Excel (advanced level), and Power BI is advantageous.
Demonstrated experience with ADP GlobalView and working within complex global organisations.
Strong analytic, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to manage sensitive payroll data with utmost confidentiality and professionalism.
Proven ability to work in fast-paced environments and adapt to changing business needs.
