Senior Payroll Reconciliations Officer

We are seeking a Senior Reconciliations Payroll Officer to join our client on a 3-month contract as part of a Project Team.
This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to a critical project in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities: Manage the reconciliation of Long Service Leave Project Review and resolve discrepancies in payroll records.
Collaborate with HR and finance teams to ensure compliance with regulations.
Provide accurate and timely payroll reports and summaries.
Identify process improvements and streamline reconciliation practices.
Requirements: 3 years + payroll experience working with LSL reconciliations Strong understanding of payroll systems and processes.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a project-driven environment.
Immediate availability for a 3-month contract role.
