You'll make long-lasting professional connections and be inspired by the best.The Role:Processing of monthly payruns.Management of terminations, reconciled effectively and entered into Chris21.Accurate maintenance of timesheet entry into the Chris21 system via Kronos.Accurate reconciliation of weekly, fortnightly and monthly payrolls as specified in the payroll checklists and procedures.Prepare employee personnel files and records.Assist fellow team members as required.Conduct all payroll related activities in a timely manner conforming to all ethical, internal policies and legislative guidelines.Maintain a very high proactive customer service focus at all times.The Candidate:3-5 years of full end to end payroll experience.Manual payments, Salary packaging, ad hoc payments etc.Chris21 & Kronos MUST HAVEAbility to operate in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.High attention to detail.Pivot tables & Vlookups.If you or someone you know is looking for a new role at the moment, contact me today at ******.
