About you: You are you a seasoned payroll professional seeking a new challenge. As our Senior Payroll Officer, you will play a pivotal role in processing the fortnightly payroll, resolving payroll-related issues, and providing expert advice to our expanding workforce.
You will also partner with the Leadership team to identify and drive process improvement through management of change to achieve best practice payroll controls, transparency, and processes.
Your responsibilities will encompass the day-to-day administration payroll including superannuation, taxation, and end-of-month/year processes, as well as maintaining meticulous employee records and assisting with award interpretation and employment contracts.
