Senior Payroll Consultant

Senior Payroll Consultant Lendlease is looking for an experienced Senior Payroll Consultant on a 12 month fixed-term contract based at Barangaroo.

Reporting to the Financial Controller, Australia, you will support the delivery of our payroll system transformation.

Your key operational responsibilities include:

SME in payroll system implementation and transformation Support system changes and testing Support processing and reviewing payroll Ensure all payrolls are compliant and in line with legislation, regulation, and Lendlease policies The role will also support strategic initiatives including process improvements and enhanced governance. You will also be required to provide SME support and participate in payroll-related projects when required, including payroll system implementation and transformation.

To be successful in the role, you will have strong payroll experience in systems and processing. Experience in using Preceda (Payroll system), Workday (HR system), and Kronos (Time & Attendance system) is preferred but not mandatory.

You will be a motivated self-starter with the ability to work with an onshore and offshore team. You will display a high level of initiative, communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, have the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced matrix environment, and work collaboratively to deliver outcomes.

You will have an excellent eye for detail, as well as strong organizational skills with an ambitious and proactive attitude towards your work. Your personal skills will be complemented by a customer service approach and the ability to reliably deliver quality outcomes in a timely manner.
