The Opportunity: The Senior Parts Support Administrator is responsible for preparing the business units reporting requirements, identifying areas for improvement and liaising with stakeholders for corrective actions.

The successful candidate will: Support the broader parts team, assisting with on-going and ad-hoc requests for information and insights.
Consult with internal stakeholders to understand & deliver to their requirements.
Maintain and improve existing supply chain reporting templates including supplier performance, Warehouse efficiency / accuracy and Inventory utilisation for Wholesale and Retail.
Prepare reporting on key metrics at required intervals.
Assist the National Inventory Management Team with Vendor returns in line with Inventory optimisation projects Maintain departmental policies and procedures as required by quality assurance.
Prepare documentation for internal / external auditing requirements as required.
Report on any DoA discrepancies and corrective actions.
Monitor and report on company HSE activities.
Maintain and develop departmental Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
Assist Parts Admin team with queueing and receipting of goods when required.
