Job Description - Senior Park Lands Planner (Strategic Design) (2401125) About the Opportunity As the Senior Park Lands Planner (Strategic Design), you will drive the innovative planning and implementation of key projects within the Adelaide Park Lands Management Strategy.
Your focus will be on creating inclusive, accessible, and environmentally resilient green spaces that enhance community well-being and strengthen the connection between people and nature.
Your responsibilities will include delivering creative presentations, offering specialist input on best practices and emerging trends, and managing the day-to-day operations of planning and design projects.
You will also play a pivotal role in collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, including building meaningful relationships with the Kaurna community to support effective co-designing with Country.
Your expertise will ensure that projects align with the City of Adelaide's Reconciliation Action Plan and Park Lands policies.
By working closely with various experts and senior council officers, you will contribute to achieving regenerative outcomes for the Adelaide Park Lands.

About You To be successful in this role you will have:

Please note that the base salary will increase to $116,741 commencing the first full pay period in January 2025.
