About the role Operating within our Relationships team, the Client Relationship Consultant is focused on providing quality client centred service.
What you'll do Reporting to the Team Manager, you'll:
• connect with clients by phone to understand their needs
• process invoices and reimbursements in line with our service standards
• support disability service providers to present Agency-compliant invoices
• work proactively with providers, ensuring a single point of resolution for client queries
About you Providing outstanding client centred service is your thing. You use your strong communication and problem solving skills – and empathetic approach – to make a positive difference for clients and stakeholders.
To be our next Client Relationship Consultant, you'll:
• have previous experience in an administration, customer service or call centre role
• have the proven ability to build relationships
• have the proven ability to work collaboratively in a team
• be able to multi-task, including typing and talking simultaneously
• be driven to exceed targets
• thrive in a structured, fast paced environment
• have, or be willing to gain, a Working with Children Check and an NDIS Worker Check
• be kind, genuine, innovative, and inclusive in everything you do – just like us!
