Reporting to the General Counsel and Chief People Officer
Omnicom Media Group has an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded Senior Paralegal to join us in a newly created role to support and advise stakeholders across our group of companies on legal and compliance matters.
This is a part time position, available 3 days a week.
This role will support across all legal matters and will focus on supporting our finance and group level business as well as supporting our General Counsel and CPO.
As a Paralegal, you will: Conduct legal research and gather relevant informationDraft, review, and edit legal documents and correspondenceAssist in the preparation and management of documentationLiaise with the Finance & People Teams and the wider OMG group and external parties (as required)Maintain and organize legal records and databasesProvide administrative support to the General Counsel and the Finance Team in general, as neededAssist in the preparation of briefs, contracts, and other legal documentsWork on OMG Projects, with a special emphasis on data and privacy related deliverablesWhat's in it for you?
