Excitingly, we are currently on the lookout for a proactive and detail oriented Senior Paid Search Executive to join our Publicis LeOne team. The role Reporting into and working closely with the Senior Paid Search Manager, this is an incredible opportunity to manage paid search campaigns across the client's portfolio of brands. You will lead the set-up, ongoing optimisation and evolution of the SEM accounts. You will oversee the implementation and day-to-day tasks of the offshore team members, ensuring their work is delivered with accuracy. Additionally, you will support in client meetings, address requests, and assist in developing and refining SEM strategies. Problem solving, attention to detail, communication skills and specialist paid search knowledge are the keys to this role.
Key responsibilities Assist in implementing, monitoring and managing industry-leading performance media strategies, with a focus on paid search.Execute and optimise campaigns across various paid search platforms to drive business outcomes for the client.Deliver accurate and timely reports, providing insights and recommendations for optimisation.Maintain a high level of attention to detail, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.Apply a curious mindset to understand and analyse campaign performance, always seeking to learn and improve.Take ownership of tasks, effectively prioritising and managing multiple concurrent responsibilities.Support the Account Services team and client stakeholders on ad hoc requests.Collaborate closely with the Performance Media team, Account Managers and Operations Leads, contributing to a team-oriented environment and celebrating collective achievements.What you're looking for A strong team with a supportive and collaborative culture.Partnering with globally recognised brands, a category leader and one of the biggest advertisers in our market today.Working with a client who offers longer lead times than the industry average making the work/life balance easily achievable.Opportunity to fulfil your career goals in a business large enough to accommodate them - we have one of the finest mobility programs GLOBALLY!What type of person will be successful in this role Minimum 2-3 years' of experience in building and managing SEM / paid search campaigns.Strong understanding and experience with Google Ads and SA360.Strong ambition to advance your career as a well-rounded performance media specialist, with a passion for executing, optimising, and reporting on paid search campaigns.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.Proven track record of driving performance outcomes for clients.Demonstrated ability to take ownership of tasks, effectively prioritise, and manage multiple responsibilities.Intermediate presentation skills, including experience with client work-in-progress updates and monthly reports.Additional information Be a part of the Publicis Groupe family, recent winner of the Employer of Choice Awards and one of the world's most progressive and dynamic modern communications businesses.
