This includes managing campaigns across Google Search, Google Shopping, YouTube Ads, and Bing Ads.Be accountable for implementing and advancing Account Development Plans (ADPs) and client strategies within my client portfolio to ensure the continued growth and success of our clients.Additionally, collaborate with the PPC Lead to drive strategic enhancements in OMG's SEM service offering and refine our agency's technical best practices.Handle end-to-end campaign management with Best practice campaign set-up and optimisations.Strive to deliver exceptional communication both internally and externally, meeting high client service standards for each individual client and overall.Best practice campaign set up for new clients as required.Facebook ads manager correctly configured and linked to agency business manager.Conduct performance optimisation for clients.Conduct fortnightly 1-on-1s with social pod consultants and/or executives to ensure personal development and client account performance.Attend industry events at Facebook and any other paid social platforms as required, and present back to the relevant consultants to ensure that learnings are incorporated as OMG paid search 'best practice'.Minimum Requirements:Minimum 3-4 years of experience in Paid Media. Social Media ads, (Google, Facebook, Bing, etc).Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media or a related field; AdWords certification is a plus.Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing concepts.Experience with AdWords Fundamental & AdWords Search.Experience managing large budgets and campaigns across multiple digital advertising channels.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Excellent research and analytical skills.Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.Excellent time management.Our Commitment to You:We believe that happy employees create a thriving culture.
