As the Group Digital Director, you will lead digital maturity and transformation projects for clients, crafting customized digital roadmaps aligned with their business goals and advancing our agency's position as a leader in digital and media maturity. In this role, you will oversee the end-to-end management of all projects within the transformation roadmap, including data and technology strategies, measurement frameworks, and media initiatives.
Your role will be pivotal in not only shaping clients' digital transformation journeys but also in setting high standards for digital best practices across PHD. Through your leadership, clients will gain clarity, confidence, and direction in their digital strategies, ultimately unlocking their business potential through innovation and transformative initiatives.
What will you be doing? Act as the primary lead in managing relationships with senior clients and partner agencies, particularly within digital transformation, AdTech, and MarTech.Work collaboratively with client leads to identify opportunities and introduce appropriate SBUs and other services to clients.Lead the integration of services by coordinating across PHD's specialized business units, ensuring seamless collaboration and efficient project execution.Ensure that client digital strategies are innovative and industry-leading, providing strategic oversight to implementation teams for seamless translation into impactful campaign initiatives.Serve as a strategic consultant to clients, identifying their current and future digital needs and supporting them in achieving sustainable growth and digital advancement.Who are you? 7+ years relevant digital experience in a media agency, digital transformation or adtech consultancy.Exceptional communication and client management skills, ideally at a Senior level.Extensive experience in the digital media, technology, and data industry as well as strong client-facing responsibilities.Expert level understanding of all digital media technology, with the ability to train internal and external media peers on relevant concepts, including running MFA training modules.Proven track record in establishing high levels of client and stakeholder satisfaction, including the ability to lead technical or marketing teams.Sound like a role for you?
