Digital & Search Marketing (Marketing & Communications)Full timeThis is a great opportunity to boost your career and join a leading online food retailer that's on the lookout for a game-changing Senior Paid Ads & SEO Specialist.The role will be 50/50 SEO & SEM so experience in both domains on tooling is a must!The role entails, but is not limited to:Paid Ads Management:Create, monitor, and optimise Google Ads campaigns across search, display, and shopping networks.The role expands to other paid ad platforms Microsoft Bing Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.Conduct comprehensive keyword research and develop effective ad copy.Manage and adjust daily budgets, bids, and pacing across campaigns to maximise ROI.Perform A/B testing to continuously improve ad performance.Analyse and report on campaign results, providing insights and recommendations for ongoing improvement.Stay up-to-date with Google Ads policies, trends, and best practices to ensure compliance and innovation.SEO Management:Lead the development and execution of SEO strategies to improve organic search visibility and traffic.Conduct technical SEO audits, on-page optimisation, and content optimisation to enhance site performance.Perform keyword research, competitor analysis, and content gap analysis.Oversee link-building efforts and manage off-page SEO activities.Monitor and report on SEO performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Looker Studio.Stay up-to-date on SEO industry trends, algorithm changes, and emerging best practices.We are looking for:Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing, with proven expertise in both SEO and Paid Ads management.Strong understanding of both paid search (PPC) and organic search (SEO) strategies.Proven experience with management of Paid/SEO campaigns for multiple websites/brands is essential.Knowledge of GA4, GTM, Google Search Console, and experience with Looker Studio or similar reporting tools.Proficiency with SEO tools (e.g., Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz).Experience with Shopify or similar platform.Excellent time management and organisational skills.A proactive approach to learning and implementing new strategies and tools.Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.Excellent communication and collaboration skills within a team environment.
