Senior Overseer – Bakery 5DWellington Correctional Centre Location –Wellington Correctional Centre Employment type – Ongoing, full-time role Salary - $98,059 pa + Incidental Allowance + Leave Loading + SuperannuationYour roleCorrective Services Industries is currently seeking a senior trade qualified Overseer to work in the Bakery unit at the Wellington Correctional Centre. The suitable candidates for these roles must have experience in the following trades: Bakery and/or Pastry.What you'll doAs the Overseer, you will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, strong work ethics and integrity in line with CSI core values to train and supervise inmates as well as Quality control / inspection responsibilities to ensure compliance. You are also required to have sound computer knowledge, show strong resilience, and have robust time management skills.What we're looking forAs a standout candidate you will have: Proven trade experience operating within a commercial bakery Experience in process manufacturing Ability to diagnose and problem solve Be willing to work on early shifts.
