Your New Role
The Senior Organisational Development & Capability Consultant designs and delivers tailored learning experiences and impactful Listening and DEIB initiatives as part of a value stream aligned delivery squad. In addition, the consultant designs enterprise learning solutions and initiatives that help Aware's people to learn, grow, and feel a sense of belonging. By blending innovative learning strategies with digital learning experiences, the position shapes experiences whereby people feel heard, engaged, and empowered to develop their skills.
Reporting to the Senior Manager, Growth & Capability, you will support and drive Growth & Capability initiatives in both value streams and across the enterprise. You will also work closely with delivery squads to support leaders in the business to build engagement, enable careers, facilitate development planning, and embed DEIB initiatives.

The idea of being part of our growth is exciting and you want to play a pivotal role in making super simple.Demonstrated experience in designing and delivering blended learning solutions, including facilitator-led sessions, webinars, and online modules across various delivery formats.Knowledge of emerging technologies (e.g., AI, adaptive learning) and a demonstrated creativity and passion for designing digital learning experiences.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and derive actionable insights.Excellent interpersonal skills, proven ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels.Facilitation skills that foster an engaging environment that encourages two-way conversation and skill development.You are balanced in accepting risk in any decision you face.
