Reporting to the Senior Manager, Organisational Development and Capability, the Senior Organisational Development Advisor provides strategic guidance and support to enhance people, skills, and organisation-wide capabilities across the organisation. In this role, you will partner closely with leaders and teams to identify, implement, and evaluate organisational development initiatives, fostering an environment of growth, engagement, and positive cultural change.
Responsibilities: Develop and implement training programs and learning initiatives that build organisational and leadership capability, promoting cultural change. Provide expert analysis and advice to senior managers on trends, emerging issues, and organisational development strategies with a focus on employee engagement and learning. Coordinate organisation-wide training, people and culture initiatives, and engagement workshops, including procurement, facilitator coordination, attendee tracking, and program evaluation. Build and maintain strong relationships with managers and staff across ST Vic, demonstrating a deep understanding of each branch's unique people-related opportunities and challenges. Promote and support safe, inclusive, and flexible team operations. Qualifications: To excel in this role, you will have a proven track record in organisational development, specifically in designing and implementing strategies that build both organisational and leadership capability. Your background should include substantial experience in:
Leading the development and delivery of high-impact training programs, workshops, and initiatives that foster learning and drive cultural change. Providing expert analysis and strategic guidance to senior leaders on emerging organisational development trends, employee engagement, and workforce capability. Managing organisational development projects from end-to-end, including procurement, facilitator coordination, and program evaluation, with a focus on continuous improvement. Your strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with stakeholders across an organisation will be crucial, as will your capability to navigate and address complex people-related challenges.
We are seeking a skilled, strategic professional with a strong background in organisational development, learning and development, and capability building. You should be someone who thrives in collaborative environments and excels at delivering projects on time and to high-quality standards. Your ability to think innovatively and drive continuous improvement will be essential in shaping and enhancing the culture and performance of our organisation.
