This leading franchise is seeking a Senior Operations Manager to lead and optimize the networks operational performance, providing valuable support to the franchisees.
About the Role
As Senior Operations Manager, you'll be instrumental in driving operational excellence across our franchise network, overseeing critical systems, and developing strategies that ensure our franchisees maintain the high standards expected by the brand.
Key Responsibilities Lead the implementation and optimization of key real estate management systems (e.g.
Box + Dice, Real Time Agent etc.
)Engage with Directors and key staff across the network to oversee system health checks to ensure optimal utilisation of the platforms available.Provide solutions to systems issues, operational challenges, and answer policy related questions.Develop and implement operational policies and procedures across the network to add significant value to the daily work practices of the offices.Conduct Office Champion sessions to drive best practices and performance improvements.Coordinate systems development and training initiatives.Analytical thinking and preparation of strategic recommendations and performance reports with the support of internal and external stakeholders.Collaborate with the Training & Events Team to develop comprehensive training programs.Manage and implement database migrations with an eye for detail and critical thinking skills.What You'll Bring 7+ years of operations management experience, preferably in real estate or related industries.Strong leadership capabilities with a proven track record of team development.Outstanding problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
