What does the job look like? Join our team as a Senior Operations Manager in the Retail Business Unit overseeing daily transport operations to ensure safety compliance and customer satisfaction.
This full-time Monday to Friday role involves managing financial performance, optimising processes, and driving continuous improvement.
You will work with internal teams and external stakeholders to enhance service and operational efficiency.

Key areas:
Ensure commitment to safety, chain of responsibility, and compliance with licensing protocols, driving safety and compliance strategies with a practical and operational focusIdentify, evaluate, and address operational risks, focusing on innovation and continuous improvement across the transport networkManage and develop direct reports and the wider workforce, ensuring high performance and positive outcomes across all operationsProactively manage the relationship with our customer, ensuring service excellence and addressing any issues promptlyMaximise resource utilisation, control costs, deliver service excellence, and maintain a focus on strategic initiatives to enhance operational efficiencyAre you the one? You can demonstrate:
