Senior Operational Performance Manager Salary: £70,000 (national), circa £75,000 (London) Location: all sites in the UK Are you an experienced Operations Leader with experience in process optimisation and an interest for implementing new ways of working to contribute to the success of a major UK insurance company?

Due to continued growth, a fantastic opportunity has arisen for a passionate and thoughtful Leader to support defining and embedding our operational strategy across our frontline teams, working with various stakeholders to achieve best-in-class customer outcomes.

A bit about the job: You will be responsible for driving our operational strategy across UK Commercial, whilst overseeing the development and implementation of frameworks and processes within the area of responsibility, ensuring compliance with processes, regulatory requirements, industry best practices and the organization's overall goals and objectives.

Also, you will oversee the deployment and implementation of change across our frontline(s) through monitoring and analysis of KPIs to identify areas for improvement and efficiency, drive the process improvement and optimise operational workflows.

Skills and experience we're looking for: Driving consistency and best practice across frontline teams Delivering operational strategy through multiple stakeholders Using data and insights to improve our customer performance and experience. Test the tension between underwriting and sales to promote good business and customer outcomes. Support and deliver process, structural and cultural changes to benefit our strategic objectives. What you'll get for this role: Salary circa £70,000 (national) £75,000 (London) - depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications Bonus opportunity - 10% of annual salary. Actual amount depends on your performance and Aviva's.
